taste of Caffè Crème comes from a
meticulous selection of the world best plantations waiting for the right
ripening times and the organoleptic qualities of the beans. Just from the love
of the most expert cultivators for the land, an accurate blend, which is directly
realized in our roasting plant, can be created. Our plants follow the journey made
by the coffee during all its steps: from destoning to sifting, every part of
the process undergoes the careful control of the experts of Caffè Crème. Every single bean is
selected in a spectrometric way to get to the cooking step, in order to create
the popular blends to be used in bars, at home and in the offices.
Our
goal is preserving the quality throughout the whole production process.
