DELIVERY
The delivery
cost is calculated according to the total amount of the order.

During some
periods of time, some products can be offered with free shipment. In this case,
the entire order will have no freight cost.
Delivery of goods
Caffè Crème shall
send the ordered goods to the Customer, by carrier, to the address indicated by
the same, within approximately 48 working hours from the day on which the order
has been accepted. Generally, the
delivery takes place within 6 working days.
The carrier delivers
the goods from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Orders received on
Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday; orders received
during holidays will be issued the following working day.
However,
delivery terms are only approximately indicated and they are not binding.
The Carrier
is in charge of the delivery. Caffè Crème shall gather any note of failed or
delayed delivery of products through the Customer Service and, if this is the
case, shall help the Customers preserving their rights as established by the
law.
The Carrier
in charge shall make an attempt of delivering during the day; if nobody is at
home, the Carrier shall leave a note of failed delivery reporting a telephone
number to call.
As far as the
deliveries in San Marino and Vatican City are concerned, the good user is
liable for the payment of taxes and customs duties foreseen by the regulations
in force in the destination country of products.
